Accessible Workspace for Mac
A native macOS app designed around VoiceOver.
Your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, and Drive in native Mac and Windows apps, designed for screen reader users from the start.
Accessible Workspace is a pair of desktop apps made by Eliezer Andres, a blind developer. You sign in with your Google account, and the app gives you a keyboard-first way to work with your mail, calendar, contacts, and files.
A native macOS app designed around VoiceOver.
A native Windows app for JAWS users, with the familiar feel of classic Outlook. It updates itself.
The apps do what the Google websites do, in a form that works well with a screen reader. They ask for access to these services for these reasons:
The apps talk directly to Google from your computer. There is no developer server, and the developer never receives your email, calendar, contacts, files, or sign-in details. Your Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Accessible Workspace is not yet generally available. Google is required to review apps that use this kind of access, and downloads will be offered here when the apps are ready for public use.
